In the immediate surroundings of the house, it is worth mentioning the special link to the hermitage of Sant Onofre, as the path to get there starts at the side of the house and we recommend it to all those who enjoy hiking up to an altitude of xxm2. From the chapel you can access the road that goes to Sant Pere de Roda and continues to Vall de la Creu and Port de la Selva. We can also enjoy the fresh water from the Font de Dalt spring, which is right at the entrance to the property, and where there is an old well that keeps the memory of old times.

DISCOVER THE CHARM OF MAS CUSI
History”
The house is listed as architectural heritage of the Generalitat de Catalunya. In its origins it was probably linked to the monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes. The oldest part of the house is a room with parquet floors and a support made of stone, architectural vestiges from the 13th century, with a first transfer in 1622. The house has changed over the years by enlarging the rooms, incorporating architectural elements and highlighting two completely different façades. The south side with large back walls to enjoy the sun and the magnificent views of the sea and the marshes. The north side, with privileged views of the chapel of Sant Onofre and the castle of Sant Salvador, as well as a natural environment without buildings that has been preserved until the present day.
The estate has two special and differentiated features, two watchtowers. The first, next to the path and the entrance gate to the farmhouse, was built for guarding purposes, probably in the time of the bandits. The second stone tower, with two decorative friezes and Gothic-style fronts, lends the building a touch of elegance and enhances the whole. The whole property is surrounded by walls that delimit the gardens of the property.
